Stuff is not working properly

I've noticed in the last couple of weeks that many times heals are not going to their intended target (either allies or self), but they still go on cooldown. I am not scrambled or AMS'ed. Also this has happened with subnuke a couple times. Still, I mainly notice it on heals the most, but that's probably because I use them a lot more than subnuke.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

    Have you tried a support ticket my friend?

    I have noticed this infrequently but usually when my timing is off and im trying to RUSH my keybinds...

    Not sure how you can tell, with all this UI lag. I swear it has gotten worse.
    Does Arc install a root kit? Ask a Dev today!

    I agree but you can tell by the skill going on cooldown on your skill tray but not showing up as an active icon above your ship.

    As I say it dose happen... just very infrequently.

    I've noticed some sort of delay with powers, not sure if it's related.

    For instance: I will have 2 seconds left on a CD then it will jump to 5 seconds or so. No TIF or Nuc.

    yeah it's been happening to me too. 2 seconds left on an ability then back to 5 seconds. I'm also using skills and getting the CD but not actually getting the skill. Like I'll activate TS then TS goes on CD but does not buff the torpedo. It's happened with HE and TSS too.

    It happens in in pvp and pve.

    Yeah happens to me too, maybe it's lag?

    I mean I'm too busy mashing space bar while turning into a zombie watching TV.

    this BS has absolutely been happening since season 8. i was thinking its some kind of steath nerf to AtB. every time i cycle it, and a skills cooldown reaches 0, my skills get some additional 2 to 10 seconds added to their cooldown, leaving unexplainable by just lag gaps in coverage and up times of, most noticeably, EPt skills.

    Though, Skurf, not gonna lie to you, 'Stuff is not working properly' has to be the biggest understatement title of the year.
    I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.

    Not unless they gave every NPC it. Ok I'll come clean, I only key bind maybe 3 skills max, this is why I notice it.

    Also sometimes get abilities not activating when you click them this is when not clicking or activating anything else.

    Seen skills enter some kind of rapid cool down of about 5s, sometimes longer.

    Maybe it's the UI?

    Just takes a bit too much attention to monitor whether or not something activated when you clicked it or not on top of everything else.

    That's a death sentence for people like me.

    ive only had time to notice it in pve at least. but ya, EPtS ends, EPtS, assisted by tech doffs, has like 1 second left before i can activate it again. and every time it might hang at 1 for a 2 seconds and then let me reactivate, or get 5, 6, 7, 10 seconds added to the cooldown, with a gap the whole time in my coverage. thats not lag.

    Is it only affecting A2B/Tech reduced cooldowns, or DCEs as well?

    i run both types of ships, i think so, i need to do some cooldown watching. its not just EPt skill cooldowns ive seen do it too

    I have noticed some oddities with abilities recently. Ships flying out of subnuke arc while the animation is in progress will put the ability on cooldown, yet they will not receive the subnuke effects.

    I have been seeing this issue as well. I didn't really notice it until after the change to the power timings so that double BO was no longer possible.

    The one thing, though, that has really been bothering me since the release of LoR is that clickable area of icons seem off. What I mean by that is if try to activate some icon, let's say a power on the tray, by clicking the left edge of the icon it won't activate. I feel like I always have to click just the right spot of an icon to get it to activate.

    UI has always been sluggish. I have 30 key binds and the activation definitely glitches on a regular basis when swapping between them furiously. By glitch, I mean the power is depressed (animation) but then is interrupted by weapons fire or some other action I am taking.

    And no, it is not global cooldown either. Pretty sad when I toggle powers faster than the game can respond. No framerate or lag here either. Everything else is running silky smooth.

    This is probably as expected. Abilities can be activated on targets currently in range/arc, but if they zip out of range/arc before the activation time is complete they usually won't receive the effects, even though the ability goes on CD. I've seen this happen when tossing heals to escorts that are running away.
