Setting display name and title on forums?

Ahoy everyone! ^_^

I understand that we can set our names on the forums to our in game characters? I have really not used the forum much so I may be doing something wrong but I click "Edit your Avatar" and then at the bottom there is the "Default" check box but that is it? Should my character bits and bobs be there?

Just want to make sure I am not doing something wrong.

    We could have our custom names ages ago, but since the forum upgrade last year i think we're stuck with our @handles..


    When you see people with signatures of their characters, they are things that they have created themselves on photoshop/paint.

    Titles (as far as i know) only come with LTS or Legacy packs


    (For example mine is Career officer - Lifetime Subscriber)

    The strange thing is the name on these forums I have is not my handle? It is not even my log in name!

    I have asked PW to change it but they just point blank refuse saying they cannot which I find a bit unbelievable >_>

    Ohhh welllll Guess I will just have to soldier on with this crappy name lol
