Re-enabling Camera Shake?

I'm not at all sure where to post this, "Camera Shake."
When a ship explodes you have camera shake. I turned this feature off a while back. I have since tried to re-enable this feature to no avail. My game and every other feature runs fine... So I'm at a loss as to what to do. Any advice appreciated.
