Flying as an engineer captain with the EPS Efficiency trait. Damage control engineers to keep the EPTx chain rolling. Maintains at least 75 in every system once engaged in battle. Strongly considering replacing the tractor beam with science team for shield heal and to clear irritating subnuke beams that the Voth use, though it is definitely nice to be able to get a handle on enemies that move faster than I can turn or set them up for a hit with the plasma bolt.
Went for a tanky "reflective" build. Reflects damage back at my enemies. 5 abilities in total to send incoming energy damage back at the enemy. Works very well.
I'll post the full build I'm running with at the moment later, but I cannot say enough good things about the wide angle quantums on this boat. I don't have much fleet gear yet and my build is still very work in progress, but I'm aiming for a modified A2B beam boat with torpedo spread, APB, and FAW2. I may end up needing more healing but my goal is to make it so tough that I can get away with a fully Doffd RSP3 and Miracle Worker to keep me going.
