Plan on upgrading the deflector, and will be getting the Rom console and Rom torp.

Any other ideas to squeeze out some more DPS?
Well excuse me for having enormous flaws that I don't work on.

3 projectile doffs, 2 damage control doffs.

Streamlined your boffs. Added lobi consoles and the leech.

More dps = another cannon(make it a dual. Go disruptor and get the single heavy crescent. And get an amp core).

I swap for awesome sauce, try the gravimetric torp.

    Cheers

dahmius, I know that FAW works with that AP 360 beam, but it's REALLY annoying when it will FAW on target behind you, to the side, all but the ones facing forward.

If he's using DCEs which reduce CD on the EPT powers. He can't run 3 of them. Even a couple DCEs will put those EPT powers on global most of the time. Not to mention your setup has NO hull heals. Too much instant hull damage these days. You'd never survive an alpha strike like that.

You really can't get away without some kind of tractor breaker on this ship, either. I think his LT as SCI was better, and your TACs were better, but even so I think there's better beyond them both.

So here's the rub... FAW will aggro everything and get you dead much faster. BO will drain power to zero and totally suck your DPS to the toilet... what to do with those extra low-level boff slots? Torps, right? There's another answer. The 360 beam is a BEAM. Keep that in mind when you see my suggested setup (mind you I haven't tested this, I don't have the ship):

    http://skillplanner.stoacademy.com/?build=hypotheticalkumari_0

Run 2 DCE (purple if possible) and 3 cannon skill cooldown (purple if possible). If you get 6th active slot from spire, put in an extra boff like "reduce evasive" or "shield buff on brace for impact" because you'll be running and you'll be bracing a lot.

Here's the breakdown: KCB is broken. No omega weapon amplifier til they fix it. THUS, you can afford to ditch it. You have 5 weapons up front so still gain a net increase over most builds. Photon mine for fast cooldowns. You'll be shooting and scooting 99% of the time and leaving presents all over will increase your damage. You can go chroniton, or TCD, whatever you like, but coupled with DPB1, photons are pretty helpful. Barring a mine setup, put the KCB back on and switch DPB1 for target subsystems duplicate.

Save APO1 for your tractor breaks. Constantly toggle APB1 duplicates as needed. If you get tractored, just stop and wait for APO1 to become available. Not perfectly ideal but you should be able to survive that long.

Use CSV3 as much as possible. If you only have 1 target or don't want to aggro (i.e. a gate is in range and you're shooting spheres), hit CRF2 instead. Optionally, swap for CRF3 and CSV2. These are your cannon skills. Use them nonstop.

If you have mine, you have 1 target subsystem skill. If you ditch mine you now have 2. This is for the 360 AP beam. If it drops shields, that's great! Alternately, target weapons for a bit of help tanking damage, or target aux to help reduce their "special attacks" etc. Target engines can be useful for probes and the like, but not as helpful against gates/cubes/transformers/etc.

ST for bigger shield heal than TSS, HE1 to clear plasma and heal hull. Spam EPTS1 nonstop for resistances and heals. Alternately, if you're spamming TT1 and TT1 (duplicates) you can run TSS1 instead of ST1, but the heal is less, and it won't clear sci debuffs like subnuc and whatnot.

EDIT: Okay, alternatively you could run the LT as ENG, with EPTW1, and A2SIF1... That will give you a power boost to weapons (which helps DPS) but you won't be able to heal energy syphons or subnuc, and you won't be able to clear the massively OP plasma burn that everything has these days. Since you have a minimum of healing skills, any kind of plasma burn or borg shield neurtralizer can spell doom for you. So you CAN do that, but I think THIS is better.

EDIT2: Oh, forgot to add: I put on the dueterium canisters, because you'll want them to get out of bad spots quickly. I put on red matter as it's my go-to device, but for such a ship with so few hull heals, I think that consumable hull heals will be better. You make them from jevonite or buy them on exchange.

Don't know how I goofed that. But there should be a dem in there and a subsystem targeting....i don't have a BO in there.

Also, this is pve. No need to worry about alpha strikes.

Also, he was asking for a straight dps boost.

alpha strike also applies to PvE. PvP is too broken as far as gameplay and balance to bother with. I only play PvE. Alpha strike would be your first attack on a fresh target, where you still have your APA and the like cooled off and ready to go. If the fight drags on it turns into something else, but the first strike can still be considered the alpha strike.

I know you didn't load a BO in there, but it's common talk these days and folks suggest putting a DBB with BO on for a bit more DPS (or to just use that boff slot) but this turns out to be less helpful because of that power dip. I was simply trying to be comprehensive and explain why I didn't like it or FAW for that setup.

Thanks for all the tips, will give them a try over the next few days. Luckily I just sold a bunch of keys so was able to get the leech, think I have enough lobi to get the others.

With what I posted survivability really isn't a problem in STF's, other then the random, mystery one shot kills.
