Voth Tran-Chron Torps?

Okay I was looking up the stats for that new Voth cruiser to drool over... and I came accross something that mentions Voth Transphasic-Chroniton Toprs. Here is the description:
"cool voth torpedo that I have never seen. or used. or seen used. or heard someone talk about having seen someone use."
Okay, I admit I got a good laugh out of that. Here is the webpage I'm talking about:

Does anyone have anymore information about this? How about you people who have unlocked that Voth Cruiser?

Pretty sure the NPC cruisers use them, as I remember getting hit by one yesterday. At least it must've been one, judging by the high amount of hull damage despite shields being up.
Didn't notice any Chroniton effects, but then I wasn't moving anyway.

I think there are times that Chron proc does not hit. I know I have been hit with them and my flight and turn speed were not affected. I am assuming it has the same chance attached to it as the player chron torp.

Too bad its junk. It should be like the Thermionics you get from the Tholian ships, and have a level scaling version packed in with the Voth ships.
