Is that a mistake on your Lt. Cmd tac that you have Cannon Rapid Fire on a beam boat?

What kind of DOFFs do you have slotted currently in the space tasks?
Tac consoles: I'd stick to just all AP mag regulators and ditch the 2 beam tac consoles for them.
Since you have the Obelisk Warp Core, slot in also the 360 Omni Directional Array for extra AP damage.
Also, the Shrapnel torp console isn't that great... I'd move the Assimilated Module to where that is in the engineering console slot & get the Nukara Particle Converter to add extra accuracy to beam weapons.
Science BOFF slots: I would use Transfer Shield Strength over Sci Team for the resist.
Engineering BOFF slots: I would swap out the Lt. and up skill to be this:
Ens: EPtS1
Lt: Aux2SIF 1 (hull resists and hull heal)
Lt. Cmd: EPtW3
Cmd: Eject Warp Plasma 3
Going with either beams or cannons fore, not both, is highly recommended. Aft weapons get a pass, [arc] beam should stay either way for the two-piece Obelisk bonus, and turret because it's one of the few things that shoot forward, plus the Kinetic Cutting Beam should stay for the nice two-piece proc from Omega Adapted Borg set.
Once you've focused on a fore energy weapon type, concentrate on Bridge Officer abilities that buff that type and then have either Attack Pattern Beta or Attack Pattern Omega to give them a bit more punch. Torp Spread can stay, though.

cannon rapid fire? really? i mean really? what do you intend to use this ability for with ONLY beams?
before going on...i'd suggest you do some avenger build research, or how to build a cruiser beam boat.
