ok, here's my issue. Maybe somebody can help. I was transferring my battle cloak from one spot on my tray to another and it just disappeared.
I sent in a ticket and got a reply to check my inventory bag and overflow bag (which I don't know what he's talking about as I've never seen an overflow bag in STO) and I tried to take it from one ship to put on my current ship and it disappeared too while trying to put it into my inventory.
I sent a reply back to customer service and will be waiting on that, but I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions as to what to do?
And just so you know, I can't dismiss the ship and reclaim it because the ship is a VA token ship.
