Hi guys ive been trying to get a red capacitor for ages but been unable to hunt down a CE of the game any where so i was wondering ig any one had a spae or would be prepared to sell a key please.
Afraid you will have little to no luck. Have not seen a CE in a long time. (Hard copy or Digital version if there ever were one))
Your best bet would be some place like E-Bay, but that carries it's own risk, like getting scammed or key allready used or what not. It might also be more expensive than it's worth.
The RMC is good, but not something I would throw money at. Nice to have I suppose, but ultimatly not something you need...
If you are in Canada search EB games. They sell them for $0.99 and most stores have at least one copy (or did) hidden in their back shelves but listed in their inventory.
NERF CANNONS - THEY NEED A 50% NERF
CRUISERS NEED A 206% HULL BUFF
I guess I got a good deal when I got it for $10 back in the day. I thought it was a small price to pay for the pin. Although despite getting it from amazon, I never got my borg doff code for some reason.
Just out of curiosity I took a look at what Amazon was getting for the Collector's Edition of STO and it's going for $85.00 new and $84.00 used
Back when STO went F2P Amazon ran a special that priced the Collector's Edition of STO for $6.99 and I bought a couple of copies of it then.
It looks like my investment is about to pay off
When it first came out at launch I think its sugg retail was $159 but I can't remember. I bought them on amazon for the RMC. I think they should add it to the legacy pack and other similar priced packs to sell more of them in the future.

Nah, this was before the era of ludicrous pricing on Collector's editions. It was only $79 for the CE.
"Participation in PVP-related activities is so low on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis that we could in fact just completely take it out of STO and it would not impact the overall number of people [who] log in to the game and play in any significant way." -Gozer, Cryptic PvP Dev
For the life of me I couldn't remember but I knew I wasn't paying it when I only paid 7.99 for the deluxe originally. I picked the CE up on Amazon last xmas for 11.99 just for the RMC.
