General:

  • Resolved an issue in which NPC and Auction mail was being duplicated.
  • Resolved some ship tailor issues with the Voth Frigate and Cruiser.
    • Resolved display name errors.
    • Removed Type 5 material.
    • Added Voth Type 1 material.
  • Resolved an issue for Caitian and Ferasan chests not appearing on Miner Vest.
  • The Mogh Battle Cruiser is now shown in the Qo'Nos shipyard.


Content:

  • Winter Event and Items:
    • Resolved an issue where the present in the Winter Invasion could only be picked up by one team member.
      • All team members can now interact with the present to receive a holiday food recipe.
    • Snowballs obtained from snow piles now properly list their expiration time as 1 hour (instead of 10 minutes). This is a display change only.
    • All Winter Event Duty Officer Assignments now reward 4 random Holiday Commodities on Success and 12 on Critical Success (instead of zero or 8, respectively).
    • Slightly increased the odds of receiving Uncommon Holiday Commodities from various sources.
    • The correct picture now appears when the Snowman Boss in the Winter Wonderland is summoned.
    • Black, White and Brown Winter Jacket costume unlocks now display a correct icon instead of Earmuffs
    • Snowman Overlord and Snowman Baron can no longer be knocked back by Snow Mortars.
    • New wintercoats now have the correct colored belt options.
      • This includes the Red and Green options.
    • Q will no longer be affected by party devices or pets.
    • Completing the Winter Colony Invasion now has a chance of rewarding uncommon Holiday Commodities.
    • Snow Weaponry
      • Snowball Mortars now last 180 seconds instead of 30 seconds.
      • Summoning Snowball Mortars no longer triggers the Explosives Expert Duty Officer to create extra Quantum Mortar turrets.
      • Snowblower, Secondary Attack:
        • Damage increased slightly.
        • Max number of targets reduced from 12 to 6
      • Hail, Both Attacks:
        • Damage slightly decreased.
      • The Big One, Both Attacks:
        • Damage slightly increased
        • Max number of targets reduced from 5 to 3 on Secondary
      • Due the way damage is calculated for Snow Weaponry, we expect that players will not notice a drastic change in damage dealt.
      • These changes will correct a few discrepancies between snow weaponry and increase the quality of combat experiences in Winter Invasion and during the zone-wide snowmen event at Q's Winter Wonderland.
  • Resolved an issue which was sometimes blocking progression in "Night of the Comet".
    • The slingshot maneuver around Bepi 113 now works as intended.


Systems:

  • Fleet Tactician Trait:
    • Now properly applies to all players on the team.
    • Tooltip no longer lists the Turn Rate bonus twice.
    • Tooltip now lists an actual resistance value to Slow effects.
    • Updated item description - replaced "Immunity to Slow" with "Resistance to Slow".
    • Benefits gained from Driver Coil skill are reduced.
  • Dyson Tier 4 Offensive Reputation Passive - Tactical Advantage
    • Fixed a bug that was allowing players that hadn't yet earned "Tactical Advantage" to benefit from the effect when a nearby player was using it.
    • This ability was always intended to benefit only the owner of the ability.
    • This change also prevents the bonus from stacking among multiple players that own the ability.
    • As a side effect of this, it no longer displays a Debuff icon on the target.
  • Fire At Will once again benefits from weapon enhancements such as Nausicaan Power Leech, Tetryon Glider, Duty Officer Abilities, and Weapon Procs.
  • Breen Plesh Brek Heavy Raider
    • Added a passive power that lets the captain know what Flanking does.
    • This appears in the passive powers list and will appear as a status buff icon while in a space map.


UI:

  • The PVE queue now has the ability to search for rewards including:
    • Nukara marks, Dyson marks, Dyson commendations, and Voth cybernetic implants.
  • Resolved an issue that would prevent some pointers to mission areas from appearing on the Minimap.
  • Resolved an issue where Duty Officer Department Heads wouldn't always correctly remember which bridge officers have been assigned.
  • The last time a fleet member logged out of the game has been re-added to the Status display in the Fleet UI.


Known Issues:

  • The Crystalline Entity may flicker from far distances in Crystalline Catastrophe.
  • Some KDF captains are not able to switch to all costume slots.
  • The ramps for Omega Research Molecule spire project produce no sound.
