BO3 borked or no?

I've read a lot of complaints about BO missing or not taking ACC into account. Mostly with BO3.

So, what's the final say? Is BO bugged when it comes to PVP? Is BO2 better than BO3? Is it best to simply run a DMG x3 in your first weapon slot cause BO will ignore any acc?

Has anyone ran any tests?

    Whether or not BO3 is missing the amount it should be or not. . .it misses too much :(

    That, and I have trouble noticing the difference between my BO2 performance and my BO3 performance, damage-wise. Enough to where downgrading from BO3 to BO2 feels like an acceptable sacrifice, especially when gaining something like a 2nd copy of Omega in exchange.

    I hear my BO1 misses more then BO2 is that true?
