Feel the chill of winter's might!

After hearing the snowman overlord say it for the 500th time, I started thinking: shouldn't it be the other way around? I.E. "Feel the might of winter's chill!"?

I always play STFs with sound off, so I've never heard it.

Pretty much this^^. Probably why I missed the whole Worf voice-over mission experience too... :o

The VOs were funny the first time.. but they get old after... 15 minutes.

They need to be less frequent and more varied.

Seems correct to me. Might is not a tangible thing you can feel directly. You can feel chill though.

Winter's might IS it's chill, so the phrasing is correct that way. However, as someone else said, phrasing it the other way, would also technically be correct. Just the way they chose it, is more technically a medievalistic/fantasy style of phrasing.

I still question why throwing Snowballs at snowmen hurts them. It's snow. It should make them even stronger. Why am I even using snowballs at all? My Phaser is a concentrated heat based weapon system. I could just melt the snowmen with setting number 4.

Better yet, use a Romulan plasma flame thrower. Plasma fires burn VERY hotly, and would melt every snowman (and gingerbread man addmitedly) within a very wide radius. :D lol

As to the voice overs, I have to turn them off when doing winter stuff as my wife complains.

That VO sounds familiar and like kind of Nuclear Winter's quote in Freedom Force.

You're dealing with animated snowmen and gingerbread creatures. The answer, obviously, is "Because Q."

They're not snowmen. They are figment's of Q's imagination given animation ad will by his imagination in order to entertain us.

It's basically the same reason that the civil-war-era guns hurt members of the continuum during the Q civil war.

    It's all in your mind.
