Bringing Down the House VO glitches

The farmers of the Martok mansion in "Bringing Down the House" all have the same male VO line: "The only thing that I've paid attention to, has been a lack of rain!", regardless of what their dialogue text actually says or whether they're actually female (very masculine, even for a Klingon woman 
)
The same goes for any female bar patron on Forcas III. Here the VO matches the dialogue lines, BUT female Klingons simply get a very very masculine voice
Easiest fix would be to simply make all bar patrons male.
Additionally, K'mtar is mostly voiced, but sometimes not... This is very irritating.
Also, I wonder why the addition of ALL those VOs all over the KDF story arc (Worf, K'mtar, Sirella etc. etc.) have not been mentioned with a single word in any patch notes :-|
