Tutorial First Officer

Alright so I found that my level 50 general could go and play to get Ch'gren and Jackal mastiff, along with the other NPC's picked up after the tutorial. Is there any way to get K'gan though? I have nothing against him and he would be great for those of us that were around before the improvement.

    not sure, could you make a new guy and trade it to a buddy then trade back..? It probably is unwilling to give him to you at this point. You could contact a GM maybe, see if they will do it. Or you could just grab a klingon off the AH and rename him.

    Cryptic has yet to implement an option for older Captains to get K'Gan, the First Officer of any new KDF-character. Since his introduction with Legacy of Romulus, the Devs have not "gotten around" to it yet... Of course, when the FED version, Elisa Flores, was released a few weeks ago, an option to get her for older Captains went live immediately :-|

    This is currently the only way to get K'Gan on your existing KDF char I think - by trading him from a new char, although I have't tried this myself so I can't guarantee. I did hear from other players that it could be possible.

    The devs. did promise to make K'Gan obtainable in some way like Elisa Flores is at a certain point, but noone can say when is this going to happen.

    I feel bad now, poor guy is just a "token" to appease the hundreds of klingon crew on my ship. My real officers are mostly pirates. He is not assigned a station, just allowed to observe from the bridge.
