on other forums I use a rotating sig that changes the pic each time the page is loaded. The link I put in the forums actually points to a PhP file that randomly draws from a folder containing the pics, and then sends the chosen file back.
I know that some of these pics will have to be removed or resized to get them within those rules, and some may be too taboo, but here is the one I currently use elsewhere.
-edit - since img tags are disabled, everytime you click the link you should get a different pic.
if size limits and whatnot are followed does this violate any other rules?

I clicked the link and looked at your gif, then looked at my signature pic.
I have to agree with others. I don't think they would allow rotating signatures. Heck, like stated, we can't even use the image tags to embed images in our posts. They just show up as a clickable link that takes you to the image somewhere else. I wish we could use the image tags and have it set to a maximum size allowed, but what can we do?
My guess is it is to prevent people from spamming the forums with advertisement pics or something.
well since the pic is different everytime that link is clicked, I can only guess you got the one with Picard and Chunk (here's a stable link) http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/252/x1pvbu1psflfmcda3ttgmx4pe9.gif/
I do know that some of the pic's are too racy, and would take those out for what I use here for some of those who seem shocked, ---- but if animated pics are out then I guess that ends that, I could do this with stills but just not the same.
