Temporal Disruption Device...worth it?

With the closing of the lobi event, I've got a decent amount of lobi. I've been building a Vesta with the Dyson Reputation sets and it's working nicely, the only problem is I can't settle on the final torpedo to use in my fore slot.

Currently, I'm running the Grav. Photon and a Fleet Adv. Quantum fore but I'm wanting to replace that Quantum. I've looked at the Temporal Disruption Device, mainly because I'm using the Tachyokinetic Converter already. From what I can read on here, the TDD is a good torpedo according to some reports, but there are a good deal saying it's not worth it.

Is the TDD worth the 200 lobi or is there another torpedo I should put fore to accompany my Grav. Photon?

Its better than most of the other hugh yield torpedos but many people expect it to be a weapon that you just curb stomp everything with which its not. I would say go for it but if you can also get the tachiokinetic console as well.
