FED-Allied Romulan cannot go through gateway to Dyson Sphere

In fact, once arriving outside the gateway in Tau Dewa, no button appears to click on to go through the gateway. Is this just a momentary glitch? (Just so you know, my FED-Allied Romulan is level 50 -- as are my other two characters.) Because I've definitely seen RRW ships -- with names of both characters and ships -- in the Sphere when I've been there in my KDF Orion's Marauder Carrier.

    May I ask how close you got to the gate? I've noticed that since the addition of the "Hail Romulan Intelligence" button, you have to almost be right on top of the gate to enter.

    If you've not played Sphere of Influence, and are not wanting to, you can use the "skip" button to get past it and gain access to the Dyson Sphere. You may need to play/skip the mission arc missions before it (Undine) to get access to the skip button for Sphere of Influence.
