During special replay event...under FE tab so all levels can play?

During the special replay events it would be nice if all levels had access to them like the current feature episode, that way all characters could play and receive the limited time rewards, that just makes sense, because so many are bound or one per character...or just make everything account bound, instead of character restrictions, cause that makes so much more sense.....Thanks
