Submitting Screenshots??

I have looked in ALL of the main topics to see if I can figure out where to upload or submit screenshots, but I do not see anywhere that I am able.

I would like to submit the following picture to STO creators to put a STO watermark on, and use for advertising, website, etc., whatever the admins deem they wish to do with it.
