Uncommon name. According to U.S. census material there are fewer than 118 people in the U.S. with that surname. Then again, just about 5 miles up the main road nearest where I live, there's a sign for "Breen HVAC"

You'd be surprised at the number of silly surnames that exist.
You cad, I LOVE Indian cuisine. Now you've gone and driven me starved...:(
I have never tried an Indian dish before, what kind of dishes do they prepare? I'm a huge fan of sea food, and generally stick with the Province when going out with friends, but Chuck E Cheese is still so much more fun, all though, its just as hard to get reservations sometimes!

My surname is slightly less rare. We have a burgeoning population of 395 people. Can I still qualify to get an alien race named after me?
But yes, "Elachi" was taken from the name of someone we work with at CBS.
I'll bet he's a fun guy.

I can just picture someone adding in the Elachi face from the one that looked in the camera during that cut scene, for his key card ID :P
