Looking for Tier IV fleet shipyard access

I need help buying a Fleet Avenger. Any fleet out there offering shipyard access? You can have all my 730 Fleet Marks for it and EC or Dilithium. Just name your price.

I'm not looking to permanently join a fleet, I'm just asking for temporary shipyard access.

We just talked about allowing people buying ships in our last Council meeting and we were open to it. If you are interested in either I will send you the details. I think they were talking about a Fleet Ship Module and some ec's but I will double check.
