Confused about 600 Day VA ship tokens

As far as I know, these tokens are available 1 per character, right? If that's true, why don't I have a 600 day token available for purchasing the VA LRSV intrepid class? The only ships I've gotten on my sci trill are the NX class (already purchased), the standard lt. escort (with promotional token), the standard lt commander heavy escort (with promotional token), the belleraphon class (already purchased), and the recon science ship (with promotional token). So I'm scratching my head here trying to figure out what's going on.

    Two things come to mind.

    Has the toon hit level 50? (I made that error once)

    Secondly, have you just tried going up to the shipyard and buying the ship?

    I seem to remember there's no physical token, you just have permission to buy one of the ships.

    Crapp!! Just realized I hadn't fully completed the VA promotion mission from admiral Quinn. My bad! :p Btw, thanks for the reminder.
