This build is for PVE only: thus why I'm trying out again the Fleet Galaxy.
Tanky, yes... DPS wise- I can manage with all the power management abilities I have so I don't have to bother with Aux2Bat

Any suggestions on this build?

Why not slot a couple of Damage Control doffs though? Get buy on lvl1 versions of EPTW and EPTS and free up your LtCmdr slots for goodies?
2. With 2 tactical slots....your not seeing the big picture with not using aux2bat.
Without Aux2bat...
So tactical team is online for 10 seconds and cooldown for 30...bummer...downtime of 20secs
So Bfaw is up for 10 seconds and cooldown for 30....bummer...downtime of 20 secs
With aux2bat...
So tactical team is up for 10 seconds and cooldown for 15...sexy...downtime of 5 secs
So bfaw is up for 10 seconds and cooldown for 20...decent...downtime of 10 seconds
Look at the power aux2bat brings to the table for your tactical powers alone...
Heres how i would run it for pure OPness(best you can do with this ship anyway...)

3 technicians, 1 warp core, marion if you can or a rsp doff
These are the ships aux2bat were made for...giving you more tactical and sci flexability.
I left out tactical team due to bfaw and beta being amazing dps powers and rsp can support ya for keeping shields up
Any questions?
My PvE/PvP hybrid skill tree
I'm usually running 125 power but personally I ran Aux2Bat and wasn't happy with it. And considering I got 3 purple Technician doffs for free, I'll give it another try.
