In the free to play trailer, there's scenes from a few missions I don't remember.

Specifically, anything from 1:05-1:20. Mainly the zero-g, ev suits inside a ship scene. I could've sworn I'd seen similar elements in a different trailer but also involving tholians, so I figured it was something to do with Nukara, but I spent all of tonight's bonus marks down there and didn't see anything like that.

Is that cut content, or did I somehow sleep through those missions?

Much of that trailer looks like it's comprised of scenes made specifically for that (i.e., not actual gameplay). It's basically a commercial.
