Do you have the receipt? Look up Incomm FastCard online... or better yet call 1-800-352-3084. They will help you, it's just a matter of getting a hold of them!
Sometimes there is a manufacturing defect that causes the number to rub off as you scratch. Happened to me a couple of times when I bought cards from the one 7-11.
Switched where I bought cards from, no more problems.
