Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Cryptic for Season 8. Not just for all the new content I'm enjoying, but also for all the interesting and unexpected ways parts of that content plays out.
Sure, we could use a little more backstory as to why we're fighting the Voth, and sure, the Voth enemies will likely need to be toughened up a bit down the line (as the Borg were, back when) But this is fun. Much fun.

I'm sure that you find the letters from your customers who have developed Stockholm Syndrome heartwarming. It's always nice to be appreciated, even when your intent is to separate the appreciator from their money.
In that sense, let me add to the accolades you are receiving. Don't think of it as a "Thank You", but rather as a "Well Done".
Now, try not to drop the ball. Fix newly found bugs quickly. Try to be more respectful of all the fundamental principles of the IP. And throw a PvP bone our way now and again.
