Exchange Only Usable By One Person At A Time

So it has occured to me that when you are on the Dyson Sphere Command Center, the small console in the middle that allows you to access the exchange cannot be used if another person is already using it. Please fix this! lol. Some people stand at the exchange and literally live on it. I have to change instances to a less populated instance to use it when I am there. Hope to see this resovled! Thanks much!
