Can't play ANY Featured Episodes

All of the episodes listed on the "Featured" List are Grey to me even though I am a sub admiral. For some reason it will not let me start ANYthing except my main Romulan story arc and or Sphere of influence.

Can someone please tell me why I can not do these episodes so I can get my lobi crystals?

Right now its going through the "Specter" episode arc and all of them are "Grey" Inaccessable to me.

I think I may just have t play through the entire line until I get to one unfortunately.

If your a resubber just starting back in game apparently it wont let you do anything until you redo all the episodes once through. (From what Im seeing in the lists)

you can also just keep hitting "skip" until you get to the featured episodes. since they need to be done in order, if your over the required level for the episodes its asking you to do, you CAN skip them and come back later if you wish to run them.

there are a few "speedbump" missions where you have to go talk to some admiral in person before you can continue skipping everything, but only a few.
