Stealth Nerf to Executing Mutineers?

I realize this only effects the kdf and their allies so I should not be surprized, but I just noticed that executing mutineers (the 5 doff one) which used to give like 500 or 750 dilithium for success now only gives 5 dilithium, 57 development xp and now a random reward, what gives? :mad:

    The UI sometimes lags and displays the wrong reward. I just suppressed a mutiny or two earlier, though, so I'll double-check this.

    no, it's still gives 750.
