Alienware Alien FX Error?!

I have never had trouble with Star Trek Online, and the current Season 7 Build on Holodeck doesn't give this issue, however, when I loaded up the new build for Tribble, it shut down my Alienware computer's Alien FX system, meaning I lost my keyboard backlight.

I had to completely shut down my system to get it back up.

Please fix or I will be unable to play STO when season 8 hits live.

    Change your setting in fx to disallow third party inputs. I had the same issue until the patch on Friday. The bug was not there this weekend when I played. Let me know if this helps.

    Yep that fixed it... I think we can call this a work around.
