Chat Server Instability

Over the last few days I have noticed a terrible amount of instability with regards to the chat server. This included delays in messages, unable to see friends, unable to pm, unable to talk, etc. Season 8 launches in 3 days. Please don't let it's launch be accompanied by the amount of server instability that ensued with LOR. Please fix it now.

Also the forums are really slow at the moment, dunno if its related.
