Completely black screen

Okay, so I logged on to Tribble to try out the new Fed tutorial, but when the loading screens finish and the menu music plays, all I see is blank blackness. The buttons are still there and still work--I can hear them respond to mouseovers and clicks. I was even able to blindly press the play button just now, and the game loaded. I could hear my ship respond to controls, but everything was still black.

This has been going on for several days. Once, I think the day before yesterday, the game loaded and played fine, but before and after it was just a blank screen.

Holodeck works perfectly.
