Odds and Ends

While stuck at home with the flu and waiting for somewhat inevitable Lifetime Membership sale coming with Season 8 (hint hint hint), I've been plotting, scheming, and getting a headache :-D

Headache Example: Would it be possible eventually to get a token to change races or even career tracks? Have an Orion Scientists I wouldn't mind turning into an Orion Engineer just to keep the Ferengi Marauder he has. Never did get use to playing scientists. Or tactical for that matter. I'm good with engineers.

Or would it be eventually possible to be able to move ships within an account (at a cost, I'm sure) for such a thing? That way I could move said ship, maybe even into holding, erase and restart the character.

These are both brought up a lot.

The first one is unlikely as Cryptic would probably loose money. By only spending a small amount of zen on a career change you could have one character that would be able to experience everything over a certain time frame.
This means you wouldn't be spending money for other characters ships,c-store unlocks, reps etc.

The second one I could see happening as long as the lockbox ships are account bound when you re-box them. Don't think Cryptic would loose too much money here....

I'd happily pay for this. A lot of players have worked hard to gather EC to buy some of the lock box ships off exchange (D'Kora and Galor are two obvious ones) and it would be superb to be able to box them back up, account bound and pass it to another character.

I'm certain there's a lot of work involved in the background to make it so but as I said as a z-store service I'd pay for it
