Can the 3 piece Obelisk Carrier set be used on any vessel in STO?

    If it was available to all carriers, the Tholian Carrier and JHDC would be OP if equipped with their frigates. The JHAS frigates are already more durable than some player ships as it is.

    see, if it was just the frigate carriers that they were worried about, i could see them opening the set to the atrox as well, as it doesnt have a frigate pet.
