I could make a youtube video out of the weird things my away team does during ground missions. One guy always spawns a shield and gets stuck in it about half the time, this requires waiting for the shield to go away since I have found no way to degenerate the shields. Another guy just charges right into the middle of all the bad guys and gets clobbered, always reviving him. While are running sometimes they can jump 3 times higher than me other times they get stuck at something I can easily jump over.
