Handing in Contraband doff mission

I'm looking for the 2 doffs that will give you the best chance of completing this mission ? The lowest that i have got with 2 purple doff is 2% disaster and 18% failure. I would like the name of the specific doffs.

    To handing in contraband, it is sufficient with any doff. can just as well use a White or green doff to do that task. Handling in rubber, uhm, contra-bands will never give you anything extras.

    Pretty sure the OP means Confiscate Contraband, not hand in...

    Jhamel Thoris from Critting the Support T'ong Nebula Colonization Efforts DOFF mission is probably you best bet for Confiscate Contraband from the Crew.

    As rmxiii has said the best doff for this mission is Jhamel Thoris, cannot remember all the numbers, but disater is 1%, and failure is 9%.
