this is my current build for my fleet mvam its primarily for Pve/PvP


just wanted to know if anyone has ideas for improving dmg and or survivabilaty

also all my Boffs are blue romulans

1. Put your universals in the science slots and put some fleet neutroniums +turn in the engy slots. Youre not using plasma, those emitter arrays are useless to you (youre carrying four shield heals, you dont need emitter arrays)

2. 2 piece mk xii borg set (you only have one hull heal, you need this passive)

3. Drop the torp and pick up a third DHC (spec out of projectiles entirely)

4. Switch BO3 for BO1 and pick up a second attack pattern

5. Strongly consider dropping the MVAM console for something more useful.

I'm curious, you've got BO1, but no beams. Or am I missing something?

Its basically the three tactical ensign problem. Its a useless ability in that setup but there really isnt anything else to put there.

I use it to proc inspired leader trait in my PVE setup. I actually throw a DBB on for PvP and use the same three tactical boffs switched around for CRF and APOx2
