I find this line of replies sadly hilarious. We put a lot of work into the massive list of fixes/changes above, and ya'll are hung up on the ability to skip our content. =p
Some ships look stupid upside down (Galaxy, for example), some you couldn't tell (Defiant)... but the Miranda actually makes it look good. Did I hear someone mention that it might have been meant to be that way and someone on WoK held the model upside down? I wouldn't have had a problem with that, I think...
Just goes to show that sometimes all you need to do to come up with a good looking ship is turn one you've already got upside down...
"If you can't take a little bloody nose, maybe you ought to go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross; but it's not for the timid." -- Q, TNG: "Q-Who?"
^Words that every player should keep in mind, especially whenever there's a problem with the game...
We do. We were asking for a T5 Miranda Refit for months. But Cryptic hates us and produces only stuff that makes them moar moneyz, so they won't listen. Expect a couple of Voth ships in the next lock box instead.
Lol, but a 22nd Century 'Romulan Bird of Prey' that:
Isn't actually a T'Varo, honest, and was, in no way shape or form, the exact same design that Cryptic used for the STO T'Varo variants, nuh uh, no sir, it just looks identical because [insert convoluted theory/conjecture about alien ship designs vs Human ones here].
That's just fine to have as Lt and VA C-Store ships with a fleet variant and a rubbish 23rd Century one that we can't wait to get out of every time we make a new toon in between....
I honestly don't care one way or the other, but it still makes no sense to me. The Raptors don't make sense either for the same reason.
"So my fun is wrong?"
No. Your fun makes everyone else's fun wrong by default.
