Experimental Proton Weapon fires with Enhanced Battle Cloak active

As the title says. I am able to fire this weapon while EBC is active on my Fleet T'varo.

    Oh please let it not be a bug!! I so want to send a beam overload III while cloaked and then send a couple high yields slamming into the hull. I can smell the rage already.
