WRT Special Boff Powers

While playing Sphere of Influence you use special boff powers from Worf. These powers are very good. With Cryptic wanting to shove their crappy premade boffs down our throats e.g. Toran Khev, reception of said crammed boffs would likely be more well taken if they were op and had good traits. For instance I would be a huge Toran Khev fan if he had superior romulan operative and or some equivalent of those boff powers that are seen on Worf. Since with each update that comes out results with more power creep I see no reason as to why this couldn't happen/be considered. Thoughts?

    I agree with OP 100%. also, toven wouldn't be so bad if you can DISMISS HIM. he takes up a valuable boff slot and by being forced to keep him its a 100% money grab from cryptic to force me to choose either to dump a more valuable and better boff or buy more boff slots.
