How to fleet search by faction

I was searching for a fleet in game for my kdf toons that is pvp heavy, but the fleet search pulled up a number of fed fleets. I tried to use species to isolate the search, but many seem to have selected all species or perhaps none of them, so I couldn't isolate by nausican or what not.

So the question I have is how can I search kdf fleets in game? I am specifically looking for a pvp centric fleet, but I will settle at this point to just eliminate the fleets I have no business even considering!

    I don't think you'll have much luck with the in game searcher.
    Your best bet is checking out the threads in here or doing a looking for fleet post and seeing what pops up.
