Why am I not getting my free lobi?

Yesterday, I completed Mine Enemy at approximately 2:30pm PST and received the free 15 lobi for that day's completion. Today, I have played Spin the Wheel once and Mine Enemy twice, having just completed my last run right before making this post, and I still have not received the free lobi for today's run. That puts me well past both the 20-hour time limit that this event is supposed to be running on, and a possible full 24-hour time limit.

Actually it's not anymore. They took out the scavenger hunt and replaced it with 15 account wide lobi per 20 hrs, so if he isn't getting it after the CD he should be and something is wrong with it.
Is it real world time or play time?
works fine with spin the wheel, it gave 15 to me after finishing it up
OP: you just get a note in your left corner, and in your NPC log, that you got it, nothing fancy, so you might already have earned it, just did not see it

The cooldown is real time, meaning it counts down when you don't have the game running instead of only while logged in. Unfortunately there is no timer in game to let you know how long you have to wait before you can get the free lobi again so you have to write it down or just remember what time you got it.
For the OP and others, open your inventory and see if you have an 'Overflow Bag' button at the bottom. If so then open it and see if the lobi are there. If they are then withdraw them. It's a common problem with stuff going into the overflow bag, even when you plenty of room in your inventory (heck it could wind up there if your inventory is completely empty).
And as others have said, the lobi scavenger hunt is gone. In past FE rerun events there was a single hidden lobi in each of the featured episodes in the list, for a total of 20 lobi per character. Since the lobi were tied to accolades you could only get each lobi once per character, period. My guess is the reason for ending the scavenger hunt is because lobi is account bound now, and some players have a lot of characters that have never done the FE rerun, so at 20 lobi per toon it adds up.
Disappointing since I have only 2 characters created after the last rerun event and was looking forward to getting the accolades for them, but on the bright side it saves a lot of time not having to go into 20 missions for each character on top of completing the 4 episodes to get the cane, shard, and 2 boffs for each of them. Just have to complete the 4 episodes for each of them for the special rewards.
Edit: You should be able to complete the same episode each day to get the 15 lobi. I think 'Spin the wheel' is a good one since it involves no fighting and doesn't take too long to complete.
have you done it with another char on your acc? it is an account wide thing, so only 1 char can get the rewards per day (tho lobi is now acc bound).
also check your bank. yesterday I was opening some boxes, and I have found some lobi in my bank, even tho I was cleaning it out to one char, the day before. might be a bug or something

Yes. I did "Cold Comfort" 2 days in a row and got 15 Lobi both times.
No, I have no overflow bag button.
No, I did not play on another character. I have alts, but I never play them. I haven't even logged into any of them for months aside from accidental clicks. I certainly haven't played any missions (let alone featured episodes) on them in a long time.
