Facility 4028 Chain and Romulan Captains

I don't know if this is just me, but has anyone else had issue finding the starting mission for the Facility 4028 Dominion Fugitive chain on their Romulan Characters? I remember finding it real quick for my main Starfleet and KDF captains after having completed the mission "Facility 4028", but I have done so on both of my Romulan characters, and despite many trips everywhere, I can't seem to find the starter mission for that chain.

Am I alone and just really unlucky in this, or are there others with this issue?

    Are we talking about the same thing here? Dailies? Um... as far as I know, the only daily missions are actual missions, not DOff missions.

    It does take awhile to show up, but one thing; the Doff chain is not limited to the Facility 4028 missions :) I've found it before I got to that point multiple times.

    Also, I believe the key is that this mission chain only really shows up in Federation space (Sirius, Regulus and Pi Canis sector blocks).
    Was named Trek17.

    Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.
