Unfortunately there are too many to count, between the no auto nav. between the allied space and contested space and the ground combat where friendlies, bridge officers, and enemies disappear but still give and take damage there are a lot of graphical bugs.
Other bugs include barely getting with in firing range with your ship to a voth ship and not getting any closer making it difficult to destroy the enemy ship, because your floating in and out of firing range and can't bring all weapons to bear.
At least they brought the tribble server back to everyone, that was there best decision.
