Nukara ground PvE queued missions

I've done these ground missions dozens of times. Invariably someone in the pug shows up w/out an environmental suit and we end up trying the mission with a team of 4 rather than 5. However, when I travel to Nukara and I attempt to beam to camp Alpha and my suit isn't active the transportor doesn't allow me to beam down. Can we not have something similar put in place for the PvE queue?
