It depends on what kind of footage you use as a basis since in the Original Series, special effects scenes tended to be with far less colourful than was probably intended.
In the shows the good 'ol D7 looked kinda grey with a minute tint of blue while the actual model was actually grey.
Original (IE Non-Remastered SFX) TOS Klingon D7 model was white.
Once the TOS films hit the big screen, they had green ones.
The 'Kronos One' from 'Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country' color scheme was a homage to the original TOS Klingon D7.

TOS- grey / blue / whiteish
TAS- teal or light green
DS9 (the flashback episode)- green.
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

'...I can tell you that we're not in the military and that we intend no harm to the whales.' Kirk: The Voyage Home
'Starfleet is not a military organisation. Its purpose is exploration.' Picard: Peak Performance
'This is clearly a military operation. Is that what we are now? Because I thought we were explorers!' Scotty: Into Darkness
'...The Federation. Starfleet. We're not a military agency.' Scotty: Beyond
'I'm not a soldier anymore. I'm an engineer.' Miles O'Brien: Empok Nor
'...Starfleet could use you... It's a peacekeeping and humanitarian armada...' Admiral Pike: Star Trek
It depended on what kind of lighting the director wanted for his particular TOS episode.
As said above, the actual model was a 'battleship gray' which, over time, faded.
