I was also under the impression the Spire Carrier was a Voth ship. Something they said to the Klingons about their new ship being on hold to work on the Voth.

TBH I would LOVE to have the Tholian Dreadnought. Its Stupid tough already in NPC and the largest ship in the game with the exception of the borg command ships.
