So you have no idea how it was done. I'm sorry but with a 30s global on Gravity Well and the DOFF's limit with the extra Gravity Well hitting at 12s after the first, I don't see how you got hit with 4 Gravity Wells unless the DOFF procced 4 times and you flew into them.
Best my DOFF ever did was 3, and they weren't on top of each other.
I think you got hit by Plasmonic Leech, Energy Siphon, Polaron Weapons with a Gravity Well and since you say you got no points in Resistance the Drain would be massive and the Gravity Well would be far more powerful.
I wasn't there, but nobody else has seen this perfect storm of Gravity Wells forming a Black hole on a ship. And you can't offer an explanation. All logic and reason dictate your the one in error.
As for the player who did it telling you he used 4 Gravity Wells simultaneously, perhaps he was just being a smart TRIBBLE. Or didn't want to give away his Enhanced Battle Cloak Friends.

only way you are consistently going to get 4 GWs is hfacing off against 4 science ships (yes I know a doff can spawn additional), but IIRC the second/third spawns as the prior one dies
