One of those alts dead in the reputation oblivion, these days running for the crystaline grindfest:

STO so challenging, that I demand moer reputetions and grindfest for phat gearz nao and moar fleet dilithium grab!
EDIT: This is not a complain about the obviously bad score system, nor a 'how pro I am' thread, but on the contrary, I just wonder if its just time to give PVE an overhaul, trying to match the NPCs AI and other elements to a level of difficulty beyond 'granma mode'.

That's not the point, the point is that build is all over the place and still pulled 1st place in something using Mk 8 weapons at that and doesn't even have phaser relays.
And yes, I'm playing normal cause I do this TRIBBLE 15 times at day with all my alts (once I managed to take 2nd place with a default geared Miranda...)
Still, is not about scoring here (yeah, who knows how the score works, of it works at all), its about you even being able to do this with your closed eyes (hiperbole), when its suposed to be la crem? de la crem? of the endcontent and they are selling you uber ships, uber reputations and new fleet gear faster than you can obtain it...
I can't see your boff skills to know if you have HE but if you used that alot on yourself or others that could explain your high placement.
Bleed Green and Gold
You get 24 rep marks for best score. 30 if marks event is going on. They should really increase that, BTW.
Spamming healing with my 130aux vesta works to.
DPS, not so much.
Please tell me heals don't count if you use them at full HP/Shields, or are you supposed to drive into the shards on purpose to pad totals?
There would also have to be a change to the reward structure. If you make a few encounters harder, but keep rewarding the same stuff you have on normal mode, people will simply skip the hard encounters and keep grinding the low-tiered stuff.
The best example are the STFs. It's my impression that when they introduced the rep-system and had every STF reward the same thing (dilithium, marks and processors), most people simply stopped running the more challenging STFs (Ground, Hive) and kept grinding ISE over and over again...

1 point Damage to enemy target = 1 point
1 point damage to primary enemy (CE, Negh'var, other mission specific enemies) = 1.5 points
1 point self-heal = 0 (Why get points for repairing yourself - staying alive should reward itself through damage dealt)
1 point cross-heal = 1 point (rewards team support)
Anyways, cross heal should definitely count for more than self heal though.
