Dump in-game messages, system announcements, chat etc. to file

I'd like to know if there is any way, supported or unsupported, to dump ingame chat, systemmessages etc. into a file on the computer?

Specifically, i'm interested in dumping the System messages associated with DOFF missions into a physical file.

Can it be done?
